Subject: Sending mail from Excel/Word using Lotus Notes on a Terminal server 2008
Feedback Type: Question
Product Area: Notes Client
Technical Area: Functionality
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.2
Reproducible: Not applicable

Hi, as far I know, Windows Terminal server 2008 R2 is not a supported plattform for a Lotus Notes client

But one of our customer has chosen this platform and the client seems to work well, except for a few things. One, and the most important, is that they are not able to send mail from Word or Excel to recipients using Lotus Notes as mail client

Lotus Notes is defined as standard mail system

I have tried this:

Someone who has a solution without changing mailsystem ?
